surprised by such a great stay!

I really enjoyed the hotel's closeness to the train station. It made getting around so easy. my room was also larger than other similarly priced rooms i've stayed in. the staff were also very helpful and nice, answering all my questions.

the room hygiene was a bit of an issue because the sheets were not changed on time. i had to ask for it, a slight inconvenience. hopefully they can improve their service in this area.

The location is excellent. The metro station is only a few minutes away. A convenience store is in the same building as the hotel. I also found fresh towels hanging on our door daily, even if we didn't ask for room cleaning.

The room was small. It was difficult to move around with luggage.

The hotel location was great i walked to most famous night spots. The staff were nice and the room was very clean. The shower was great too. seven eleven is just next to the hotel, it was great for quick meals.

The room was very small. My fiancé and i both had a checked bag sized bag. We had to dance around them for our stay because there wasn't enough room for both bags to be open at the same time. I would say this hotel is the definition of average for the area

The hotel is near Tanimachi 9 chome station. It is a short walk of only two minutes. A convenience store is attached. This was quite useful. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and fast. The room was clean upon my arrival.

The pillows were very flat. Only one pillow was provided per guest so I couldn't get an extra one from reception.

The hotel provides free coffee. There are also toiletries available in the lobby at all times. I used a 7-Eleven located on the first floor and found it very convenient for snacks and drinks.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the nearest train station. Namba is easily accessible from this location. I found I could walk from Dotonbori in about 20 minutes, an easy walk from the hotel area.

great locationlogistical nightmare

the location WAS great with a 7-eleven right next door.

the ROOM was small i think. there was nowhere to put anything. traveling out of a suitcase became a logistical nightmare to be honest.
